1. General Management Series: Functional Workshop

Training Objective : By examining the key roles, controls, typical issues and resolutions that are encountered in the areas of (a) finance, (b) human resources, (c) operations and technology and, (d) marketing, you will have a holistic understanding of how a business functions. Specifically, you will be better equipped to manage and collaborate with different specialists and functions in your organization. Finally, a capstone module on data-driven decision making is included.

Mode of training : 5-day workshop (class size not exceeding 15) Through mini-lectures, case studies, exercises, and role plays you will explore scenarios and learn tools with immediate application to your business.

Prior to McKinsey she was attached to JP Morgan Investment Bank’s Strategy Planning & Analysis Unit in New York City. Following McKinsey & Co, she returned to Malaysia to head BritishIndia as their CEO. She is now the Managing Director of Metamorphic Management, a management consultancy, and a Key Trainer of Metamorphic Training.
Rhoda holds an MBA from one of the top business schools in the world, Cornell University; and a LLB from King’s College London.
