Trainer Bio : Our key trainer Rhoda Yap comes from McKinsey & Co, USA, widely regarded to be the world’s top strategy and management consulting firm. Prior to McKinsey she was attached to JP Morgan Investment Bank’s Strategy Planning & Analysis Unit in New York City. Following McKinsey & Co, she returned to Malaysia to head BritishIndia as their CEO. She is now the Managing Director of Metamorphic Management, a management consultancy, and a Key Trainer of Metamorphic Training.
Rhoda holds an MBA from one of the top business schools in the world, Cornell University; and a LLB from King’s College London.
